Together with the other HR professionals you will actively look for innovative recruitment solutions. One of their major projects is about attracting staff for their technical positions. Next to that you will review the performances of the employees and create improvement plans when needed. Another part of the position is analyzing data and create reports.
-Nurture a positive working environment.
-Take part in different complex projects and lead as project manager when necessary.
-Collecting data to analyze and create reports. Based on these data results you will make HR recommendations.
-Finding solutions to attract more technical staff.
-Act as a point of contact regarding HR relevant questions.
-Bachelor related to business administration (preferably with a subject in HR)
-At least 2-3 year’s experience in HR on a operational and strategic level.
-Able to set priorities and ensure that the deadlines are met.
-Strong communication skills in English and Dutch. Being able to communicate on different management levels.
-Assertive and able to work independently.
