Role Description
As a Facilities Manager at Hospitals and Health Care you’ll lead and oversee all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, and company standards.
This role will play a pivotal part in managing facilities and services in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
-Manage facilities and services in compliance with GxP and EHS regulations.
-Oversee service activities to ensure alignment with production requirements and expectations.
-Identify and address risks impacting compliance, downtime, or financial plans.
-Ensure strict adherence to environmental legal requirements and manage EHS and Quality improvement plans.
-Lead incident reporting, quality deviation investigations, and subsequent follow-ups.
-Establish, implement, monitor, and maintain environmental management systems.
-Conduct training for assigned tasks and ensure competency before execution.
-Uphold Our Credo and Quality Statement in all activities and negotiations.
-Support Facilities Engineer and Supervisor.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience.
-Proven track record in Facilities Management with strong technical skills.
-Demonstrated integrity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
