Role Description
Oversees the comprehensive management of facilities, including operation, maintenance, repairs, improvements, and utility systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety, and Environmental Regulations for proper execution and reporting.

Responsibilities
-Supervise the management of facilities and services, ensuring strict adherence to GxP and EHS regulations.
-Oversee service activities to guarantee alignment with production requirements and expectations.
-Identify and mitigate risks affecting compliance, downtime, or financial plans.
-Enforce strict adherence to environmental legal requirements and oversee EHS and Quality improvement plans.
-Take the lead in incident reporting, quality deviation investigations, and subsequent follow-ups.
-Establish, implement, monitor, and sustain environmental management systems.
-Conduct comprehensive training for assigned tasks, ensuring competency before execution.
-Provide support to the Facilities Engineer and Supervisor.

Qualifications
-Hold a bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of professional experience.
-Previous experience in Facilities Management, coupled with robust technical skills.
-Must have qualities of integrity, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
