Role Description

Take ownership of the business process responsible for overseeing distribution returns in the EMEA region. Lead efforts in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives and achieving productivity targets. Ensure strict adherence to good manufacturing practice regulations, always maintaining compliance. 


– Take on the role of the business process owner responsible for managing third-party distribution returns within the EMEA region.
– Maintain and oversee the metrics and dashboard pertaining to distribution returns within the broader context of global distribution operations.
– Maintain a continuous focus on driving enhancements and standardization in the management of distribution returns.
– Assist in recording complaints related to third-party distribution.

– Contribute to the daily monitoring and tracking of Finished Dosage Product shipments entering the EMEA region.

– Engage in communication with external partners on matters related to these topics.


– A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Supply Chain or a related field (with 1-3 years of work experience)
– Proficiency in the English language, encompassing both spoken and written communication.
– Anticipated to be present in the office for a minimum of one day per week.
