As an HR Assistant, you will provide operational support for HR strategies, ensure the implementation of HR policies and practices aligns with both HR and business plans, and adhere to corporate guidelines. Your role includes optimizing support for management in overseeing staffing, organizational, and people development.
– Oversees daily HR administration tasks, including managing contracts, memos, resignations, shift allowance changes, work time adjustments, and parental/maternity leaves.
-Ensures adherence to local labor laws by reviewing work contracts and status changes.
-Guarantees precise and compliant administration of pay and benefits.
-Communicates and ensures understanding of HR processes and benefits among employees.
-Supports illness management through the proper administration of illness cases.
-Offers input to support internal and external audits.
-Conducts HR programs such as orientation, employee relations meetings, etc., as needed.
-Coordinates onboarding, migration/mobility, and payroll processes.
-Addresses disciplinaries and grievances when required.
-Holds a Bachelor’s degree or is currently studying at this level.
-Possesses some relevant HR experience.
-Demonstrates knowledge of HR processes and a foundational understanding of Dutch Labor Law.
-Fluent in both Dutch and English, with proficiency in oral and written communication.
-Has strong computer skills.
