Our client is a multinational company, it is focused on manufacturing electronics, healthcare equipment, and lighting solutions. When it comes to health care they offer personal health products, including oral healthcare, personal care, and mother and childcare products.

Role Description
As a Manufacturing Lab Engineer, you are responsible to create, enhance, and keep the production process running smoothly in the Field Analysis Lab at the Factory Best Manufacturing Department. You’ll collaborate closely with the Factory Best Operations team, the Quality department, and the Research and Development team of the business.

-Establish and maintain a smooth production process by working with operations, engineers, development, and quality teams.
-Plan and introduce changes to products using Life Cycle Management and New Product Introductions in the manufacturing process.
-Write instructions for tasks, keep an eye on equipment and tools, guide employees, set up and maintain production methods.
-Act as an expert during audits.
-Support and execute Process Validation.
-Identify and lead improvement projects to enhance efficiency, product quality, and testing procedures.
-Investigate and address production issues or complaints, collaborating with the development team if necessary.

-Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
-Familiarity with both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) at a basic level.
-Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering roles in the high-tech industry.
-Technical expertise to recognize and address tooling issues and convert Research and Development (R&D) requirements into a manufacturing process.
-Experience in managing quality and quality systems, preferably in the medical industry.
-Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485, FDA requirements, audits, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), 8D (Eight Disciplines), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and similar quality-related practices would be a plus.
