As an HR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing operational support for HR strategies. Your responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of HR policies and practices, aligning them with both HR and business plans while adhering to corporate guidelines.
-Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as contracts, memos, and leave administration.
-Oversee HR transactions within the Workday system.
-Collaborate with the HR team, Payroll, and Helpdesk for seamless coordination.
-Handle interactions with external suppliers, managing contracts, and overseeing payments.
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws, overseeing pay and benefits.
-Communicate HR processes and benefits to employees, maintaining organized files.
-Manage various HR responsibilities, from onboarding to disciplinary actions, and may lead projects or provide backup support as needed.
-Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment at this level.
-Come relevant HR experience is required.
–Knowledge of HR processes and understanding of Dutch Labor Law.
–Fluent in English and Dutch with strong oral and written communication skills.
–Proficiency in computer skills is necessary.
