Role description
As an HR Associate, support HR strategies in day-to-day operations, ensuring HR policies align with business plans and corporate guidelines. Aims to optimize management support in staffing, organizational, and people development.
Responsibilities
-Manages daily HR tasks like contracts and leave.
-Uses WorkDay for HR transactions.
-Links local HR with Payroll and Helpdesk.
-Handles relationships with external suppliers and pays invoices.
-Ensures compliance with labor laws and manages pay and benefits.
-Communicates HR info, organizes employee files, and supports illness management. Also, may conduct HR programs.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in possession or currently pursuing.
-Some relevant HR experience.
-Knowledge of HR processes and basics of Dutch Labor Law.
-Fluency in both Dutch and English for effective communication.
