Role Description
As an HR Operations Specialist, you’ll be promoting the implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with the HR and business plans, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines. This ensures that management receives optimal support in the areas of staffing, organizational development, and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle various daily HR tasks such as contracts, memos, resignations, scheduling changes, allowances, and leaves.
• Maintain and manage HR paperwork using the company's HR system.
• Serve as a bridge between the local HR team and the Payroll/HR Helpdesk, helping with any HR questions or issues.
• Manage interactions with external parties, including government agencies and service providers, overseeing contracts and payments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws by reviewing work contracts and job statuses and ensure accurate pay and benefits administration.
• Skilled in Dutch labor law, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and a clear understanding of regulations.

Requirements

• Possesses some relevant HR experience and a basic understanding of Dutch Labor Law and HR processes.
