Calibration Planning Engineer

The Company:

Role Description: 
Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you’ll work closely with production teams and Qualification Engineers, emphasizing clear communication and efficient execution of tasks. It’ll be important to prioritize work requests and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the seamless flow of operations.

Responsibilities:
-Role involves efficiently managing qualification and calibration activities for equipment, ensuring compliance with business goals.
-Responsibilities include planning, quality, safety, budgeting, and organization of maintenance activities, with close coordination with production and Qualification Engineer.
-The Planner also assesses and prioritizes incoming work requests, liaising with various stakeholders.
-Provide operational guidance to Val/Cal Technicians, create work orders, and monitor execution.
-Additionally, they handle administrative tasks like preparing work permits, LOTO procedures, and task risk analyses.
-The Planner also plays a crucial role in managing resources, documentation, and contracts for maintenance activities.
-Contribute to the use of SAP Plant Maintenance for recording and documenting maintenance-related tasks.

Qualification
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
-Minimum of 2 experiences in qualification and calibration planning or a related field.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Access) and MS-Project.
-Familiarity with SAP Plant Maintenance, document management systems, and calibration systems.
