Role Description
As a Pharmaceutical Project Lead your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing multiple projects involving different teams and locations, all focused on developing animal health products.

Responsibilities
-Handle projects of different levels of complexity and take care of the project budgets thoroughly.
-Stay up to date on external developments and trends in vaccine process development, particularly in specific areas of interest.
-Promote communication and the sharing of knowledge between departments worldwide, including between Global Research and Development and Manufacturing.
-Carry out research for projects, write technical papers, and share your findings with both our team and external audiences.
-Suggest fresh ideas for research and development in the field of technology.
-Oversee interns and university students who are working towards their bachelor’s or master’s degrees.
-Provide advice to GSC management, business development, and legal teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirement
-A minimum of three years of experience in project management.
-Fluent in English.
-Skills in managing stakeholders on a worldwide level.
-Having knowledge of compliance or regulatory affairs is an added advantage.
-A master’s or PhD degree in fields such as veterinary medicine, animal health, biotechnology, virology, bacteriology, or viral products.
