Role Description
Project Automation Engineers and Project Automation Managers are responsible for leading projects that involve working with outside companies and their resources, as well as the company’s own internal resources. Plan, develop, communicate, implement, and evaluate these projects, while managing risk and ensuring that the projects stay on budget, on schedule, and within scope.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for leading critical initiatives to streamline operational processes and enhance production capabilities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides key support for Pharma Production integration and improvement projects.

Qualifications
-3+ years of relevant field experience required.
-Prefer GMP experience in related production.
-Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
-Ability to align project goals with manager’s strategic objectives.
-Handle complex, large projects
-Generate innovative solutions aligned with organization goals.
-Knowledge of pharmaceutical business and supporting functions preferred
