As a Project Automation Engineering/Management you will oversees the planning, execution, and assessment of projects involving external and internal resources, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. You may also lead project teams within assigned programs, focusing on risk management and process compliance.
– Take charge of important projects to improve how we work and make things better.
– Find ways to make our support system better, share your ideas with your manager, and put them into action.
– Collaborate with different teams like Production, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, MS&T, and R&D.
– You need to be able to turn your manager's big plans into specific project goals, timelines, and ways to measure progress.
– It's a plus if you have experience leading projects that involve many teams.
– It's also a plus if you understand how the pharmaceutical business works and the different parts that support it, like pricing, finance, contracts, and making things work really well.
– Master's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent level of work experience.
– A minimum of 4 years of mandatory experience.
– Experience in GMP related production environment.
– Proficiency in PowerPoint and previous experience in crafting customer-facing materials and advertising.
