Role Description
As a Logistics Specialist, your responsibilities include overseeing uncertain situations, fostering a drive for results, prioritizing tasks, and effectively handling stakeholders. You will also conduct daily analyses of any shifts in material production demand and oversee the execution of call-offs until the materials are delivered to the site warehouse. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying all incoming invoices.

Responsibilities
– Daily analysis of shifts in materials production demand; assessment of potential risks of material delivery disruption, followed by prompt feedback on production planning and manufacturing. Proposing solutions to minimize these risks.
– Coordinating delivery dates and transportation methods with all suppliers, while updating ongoing revisions in the SAP system.
– Assessing supplier performance and providing pertinent data, as per local procedures, to logistics and factory management teams.
– Managing short-term purchase orders and call-offs, monitoring the realization of volume allocation, and regularly sending delivery schedules to suppliers.

Requirements
– Higher education or university degree preferably in supply chain/logistics
– Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, preferably with experience in SAP.
– Proficient in both Dutch and English languages.
– Managing uncertainty, achieving objectives, setting priorities, and handling stakeholders.
