Role Description
You will join the Upstream Processes (USP) team as an expert in multi-parallel microbioreactor operations. Your role involves preparing and operating a multi-parallel microbioreactor unit tailored for bacterial culture and validating the experimental results in larger bioreactor units. In addition to experimental work, responsibilities will encompass sample preparation, analysis, sample management, and data processing. Effective cross-functional communication with both internal and external stakeholders is a crucial aspect of the role.

Responsibilities
-As an Associate Biotech Scientist, you will be responsible for Operation of bioreactors, sampling, and the analysis of samples.
-Planning and preparation for experiments.
-Analyzing and interpreting data.
-Recording information in electronic laboratory notebooks and preparing experimental reports.
-Managing and engaging with stakeholders.

Requirements
-A Master’s (MSc) or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as biotechnology, bioengineering, or -microbiology.
-At least 3 years of practical experience in the Life Science industry.
-Familiarity with equipment process programming based on conditions and a grasp of basic programming principles.
Proficiency in operating high-throughput (?15 ml) and bench-scale (?10 L) fed-batch bioreactors, along with expertise in using related software.
-Proficiency in MS Office, statistical software, database management, sample tracking programming, and similar software and tools.
