As a key team leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and guide technical professionals to meet project milestones. The responsibilities include working closely with internal stakeholders, managing external partners, and applying your expertise in capital project phases.
-Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and cultivate a high-performing technical workforce.
-Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, encompassing plant operations, quality control, environmental health, and safety (EHS), procurement, and information technology (IT).
-Apply expertise in the various phases of capital projects to effectively plan and execute tasks during each stage.
-Identify opportunities for innovative enhancements to elevate facility, equipment, and controls design and construction, ensuring operational excellence.
-Utilize scientific and engineering acumen, regulatory awareness, and industry standards to optimize the design and construction of facilities.
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
-10+ years of experience in high-tech engineering and/or construction, specializing in managing capital investment projects.
-Preferred experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting, particularly in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
-Proficiency in oral and written English communication; Dutch is highly preferred.
