Role Description
This role entails supporting project validation by performing equipment qualifications, creating validation plans, updating procedures and documentation, conducting validation studies, and resolving technical issues while working both independently and in a team, with a moderate level of supervision and a high level of expertise.
Responsibilities
-Providing project validation assistance, which involves performing equipment performance qualifications, with a specific focus on cleaning and sterilization validation.
-Create validation master plans for the project, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation, as well as drafting validation protocols and final reports.
-Conducting validation studies, analyzing the validation data, and addressing any technical challenges that may arise during the execution of the studies.
-Collaborate within a cross-functional team and work independently to achieve the validation project’s goals.
-Operate with a moderate level of supervision and possess a high degree of skill and knowledge in their role.
Requirement
-HBO preferably in (bio)chemistry, food technology, or related technical courses.
-At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or quality-related roles in the food industry.
-Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
-Some understanding of commissioning and qualification in a pharmaceutical setting, although we can provide training.
-Familiarity with Computer System Validation is a plus.
