For the site Engineering department in Boxmeer our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee crucial projects supporting our business objectives.
Role Description
The project Manager is responsible for the Site Engineering department in Boxmeer. You are responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and promoting safety and compliance in facility design and construction. The ideal candidate will be able to possess high-tech engineering and construction, a strong leadership aptitude, and a background in pharmaceutical/biotech (GMP) is preferred.
Responsibilities
–Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
-Apply project management expertise across all project phases.
-Prioritize safety and compliance throughout project execution.
-Identify and implement innovative improvements in facility design and construction.
Requirements
–Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
-10-15 years of project management experience in high-tech engineering and construction.
-Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech (GMP) preferred.
-Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills preferred.
