About the Position:
As a Customer Facing Specialist, you’re crucial for a smooth Order-to-Cash process. You’ll be the vital link between customers and the Operations Excellence hub, handling issues with orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and backlogs. Your proactive collaboration with Customer Development and Supply Planning teams will streamline customer care and communication.

Responsibilities:
Your role will involve:

  • Managing customer relationships, orders, and logistics agreements.
  • Collaborating on projects to improve processes and customer service.
  • Handling order adjustments, returns, declines, delivery and billing issues, and claims management.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • FMCG industry experience (a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP (a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
