Automation Supervisor

Role Description
You will oversee the automation team and their adherence to company policies while managing automation projects to meet deadlines and budgets. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments to align automation with business goals and ensure expertise during inspections. You will also be responsible for mentoring, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with regulations related to safety, health, and environmental procedures.
Responsibilities

• Watch over the automation team to make sure they follow company rules.
• Take charge of automation projects, like setting up and maintaining systems, to finish the work on time and within budget.
• Work with other teams to improve processes, move products, and look into problems with automated systems.
• Team up with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments to make sure the automation systems fit our business goals.
• Make sure the team knows a lot about automation and is in charge during GMP inspections.

Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or experience in a related role.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in GMP compliance and automation or engineering.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management or have experience in supervising teams.
• Any prior laboratory experience will be viewed as an advantageous asset.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English.
