As a Senior HRBP with a background in production and support, your excellence in facilitating access to medicines and vaccines in the Human Health Division shines in dynamic environments where determination, humor, adaptability, and adept support for senior managers drive optimal outcomes.

Requirement

• 7 years of experience in various corporate areas, including production, supply chain management, and international business development.
• Crucial to focus on continuous improvement and showcase your project management skills.
• Ability to connect commercial dynamics with production is essential for helping leaders make informed choices.
• Good at prioritizing and adapting plans is valuable for leaders dealing with complex situations and achieving goals in a changing environment.
• Expertise in both operational and policy aspects of HRM enables you to offer comprehensive guidance and support to the organization.
• Experience with Workday or AFAS as a strong plus
