Role Description
In your role as EB Graphic Design, you will spearhead the creation of production designs for the employer brand team, utilizing innovative digital strategies, crafting social media assets, refining print materials, and managing day-to-day design tasks.
Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to create visually captivating designs for a range of projects, including newsletters, presentations, social media assets, and print materials.
• Collaborate closely with the EB Global Creative Manager to ensure the successful implementation of creative strategies, providing support to local markets and key stakeholders.
• Play a central role in upholding the integrity of our brand while promoting creativity across all touchpoints.
• Efficiently oversee multiple essential day-to-day tasks to bolster the creative endeavors of the team.

Requirement

• Proficiency in graphic design, consistently producing top-tier work in a dynamic, high-paced setting.
• Present an impressive portfolio that underscores your creative abilities and design expertise.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in video editing and animation, especially with tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects, is a valuable asset.
• Showcase exceptional mastery of composition and typography principles.
