Role description
As EB Graphic Design, you will lead the production designs of the employer brand team, through innovative digital actions, social media assets, polished prints, day- to- day design.

Responsibilities
– Take the lead in collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce visually stunning designs across various projects, such as newsletters, presentations, social media assets and print materials.
– Work closely with the EB Global Creative Manager to effectively execute creative strategies and support local markets and key stakeholders.
– Assume a pivotal role in safeguarding our brand's integrity and fostering creativity across all touchpoints.
–  Manage multiple significant day-to-day responsibilities to support the team's creative efforts.

Requirements
– Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, consistently delivering high-quality work within a fast-paced environment.
–  Showcase a compelling portfolio highlighting your creativity and design mastery.
–  Hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
– Possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
– Proficiency in video editing and animation, a significant asset (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
– Exhibit exceptional command over composition and typography principles.
– Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
