Their areas of expertise encompass mental health, neurological disorders, anesthesia and pain management, gastrointestinal disorders, fungal infections, HIV/AIDS, allergies, and cancer.
Role Description
As an EHS Manager, you will lead the charge in the implementation of global EH&S and ISO14001 Management System standards. This involves close collaboration with the EH&S team based in the Netherlands and neighboring countries. We firmly believe that EH&S is a shared responsibility throughout our organization, and as such, we actively foster strong partnerships with EHS Representatives across different sites and departments, as well as engage with Management System Standards Owners/Subject Matter Experts and Site Management to ensure the effective and efficient management of these standards.
Responsibilities

• Supervise, oversee, and enhance EH&S systems, processes, and practices.
• Take a leading role in implementing EH&S Standards/systems aligned with your area of expertise.
• Provide guidance and foster the growth of teams comprising Standards Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and EH&S representatives.
• Perform risk assessments related to EH&S.
• Offer support for EH&S evaluations in projects within your specialized domain.
• Engage in both internal and external audits and inspections, such as ISO 140012015, EH&S Audits, and governmental agency assessments.
• Participate in and validate incident investigations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in EH&S field.
• Proficiency in international Management System Standards such as ISO 14001.
