Role Description
The role involves providing QA support in production, including batch record review, compliance guidance, and collaboration with various departments. It also requires deep technical knowledge, effective problem-solving, autonomy in decision-making, and active contribution to team projects and training activities.
Responsibilities

• Offer quality assurance (QA) guidance and assistance within the production zone.
• Cultivate productive working partnerships with the Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, as well as with QA Management and the Qualified Person.
• Conduct inspections for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the production area.
• Serve as the author for operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions as required.
• Deliver training and guidance to colleagues and serve as a technical and scientific expert within the team.

Requirement

• A degree (like MBO or BSc) in fields like Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences, or something similar.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing, especially in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Review batch records and investigate issues.
• Good understanding in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Ability to work in Shifts.
