Role Description
As an Associate in Supply Chain Import/Export, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the dependable and efficient execution of Order-to-Invoice operations for To-the-Market Supply. This encompasses overseeing import/export activities and coordinating end-to-end shipments for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
-Oversee the global distribution of pharmaceutical products.
–Continuously assess and enhance Order-to-Cash policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
–Manage export and import documentation.
–Address and resolve service and transportation-related issues.
–Coordinate and execute return processes.
–Contribute to the periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
–A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in addition to experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
–Proficiency in handling issues within a logistics environment.
–Knowledge and experience in the Customer Service department.
–A customer-focused approach with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
–Strong fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
