Sr Customer Service Coordinator

Role Description
This role involves serving as the primary contact for supply chain teams, handling order management, stock monitoring, and exception coordination. It also requires close collaboration with various internal departments, emphasizing customer service, process improvement, and influencing positive change within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Make sure to report issues, complaints, and financial matters using the standard procedures and systems. Investigate the root causes and follow up on fixing the problems. Keep the internal customers informed.
- Work together with the global third-party logistics provider. Share the necessary information and documents to keep the supply chain running smoothly.
- Communicate closely with local Supply Chain teams, and sometimes with other local departments like Finance, Business Unit, or Regulatory as needed.
- Assist in Demand and Resource Planning with Supply Planning at the manufacturing sites and Global Supply Network Planning for specific products.
- Know the basics of Order to Cash and Finance processes.
- Understand Customer Service processes well and have experience in international settings.
Requirement
- Educational degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role within a similar industry.
- Prior experience working with Rapid Response and SAP is a plus.
