About the position:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating equipment maintenance and engineering projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, schedule, and budget. Your expertise will be critical in supporting our client’s ongoing growth and commitment to their values and goals.

Responsibilities:
-Manage equipment Life Cycle Management projects, overseeing communication, preparation, and implementation to ensure equipment reliability.
-Facilitate and lead project meetings, manage changes and conflicts, and motivate all project stakeholders to align with project goals and deliverables.
-Drive changes in existing processes to support project implementation, update current processes, and ensure cross-functional business readiness.
-Ensure the Project Charter aligns with business/project needs and integrates with existing processes. Verify that project deliverables meet these needs.
-Oversee and ensure integration between site-specific processes and global processes, taking a holistic view.
-Establish appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure business representation and signoff at key project milestones.

Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master’s degree in the engineering field.
-5+ years’ experience in project management leadership within Maintenance and Engineering.
-Proven experience in providing process control and information systems solutions in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
-Demonstrated leadership skills.
-Formal project management training or equivalent demonstrated experience.
-Proficiency in planning, project management, and organization.
