Our clients is one of the leads from the Biotechnology industry who try to improve patients’ lives, by distributing their medicines to hospital and pharmacies in 100 different countries in the world, to over 10 million patients, in Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa Regions.
Role Description
As a Global Distribution you will be responsible for ensure inventory alignment between the company ERP and third parties, as well efficient and effective distribution requirements planning and execution for Finished Drugs Products in EMEA, drive continuous improvement and deliver on productivity targets.
Responsibilities
– Perform stock reconciliation between 3rd party inventory and Amgen inventory levels and find root causes of any discrepancies.
– Ensures compliance with SOX & GMP regulations.
– Perform stock reconciliation between 3rd party inventory and Amgen inventory levels and find root causes of any discrepancies.
– Schedule Finished Drug Product (FDP) inventory against set levels while optimizing distribution efficiency.
– Coordinate timely shipment & delivery of FDP with external groups (Warehouse, Planning, Global Distribution, and third parties).
– Support inventory alignment between Amgen’s ERP and third parties.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related area.
– 3 or more years of Supply Chain experience in a GMP and/or GDP regulated industry (Pharma/ Biotechnology/ Medical Devices)
– Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
