Role Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Global Food Solutions HR team, with a focus on supporting the Research and Development Vice President and driving global HR strategic initiatives. You will oversee the people agenda for R&D across six regions, collaborate with Research and Development leadership, and lead efforts for client while playing a pivotal role in the growth and talent strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR solutions alignment with Food Solutions Research and Development priorities, covering Talent Management, Organizational and Cultural Development, and managing the full HR spectrum from operations to strategic actions.
• Lead in organizational Effectiveness & Analytics, directing organization development projects and workforce planning, serving as a central liaison for finance, and local HR Business Partners regarding HR analytics, and driving global HR projects.
• Assume a leadership role in HR strategic initiatives, including coordinating meetings with Human Resource Leadership Teams and global HR Business Partners.
• Passion for global diversity and cross-cultural perspectives.
• Expertise in project design and implementation across various domains like organizational Development, Change Management, and Leadership Development.
• Proven track record in guiding business teams through successful change and transformation in fast-paced, volatile environments, including remote team management.

Requirement:

• Over two years of HR experience, including business partnering exposure.
• Proficient in key HR processes throughout the HR lifecycle.
• Skilled in global collaboration with HR professionals in diverse regions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, specializing in research, data collection, diagnostics, and precision.
• Preferably experienced with tools like Visier and UniVoice dashboard.
