Our client is a pharmaceutical leader that has developed and produced medicines for over 100 years now. Their medicines are taken every day by over 200 million people around the world.
Role Description
The role involves executing and overseeing process operations, operating machinery per SOPs, ensuring GMP and safety compliance for efficient medicine production and packaging. Requires trained, experienced individuals who can work independently, troubleshoot, and support colleagues, often recognized as Pharmaceutical Production Operator.
Responsibilities:

• As a Pharmaceutical Production Operator, you will operate, oversee, and fine-tune machinery and automated processes in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to efficiently produce and package medicines.
• Key tasks include preparing for processes, monitoring equipment, adjusting automated processes, conducting quality checks, promptly reporting deviations or malfunctions, supporting validations, co-monitoring production planning, and managing inventory as per the 5S principles.

Requirements

• Possess an MBO level 3/4 qualification.
• Knowledge and experience in operating machinery and familiarity with pharmaceutical processes.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
• Familiarity with Production Control Systems.
• Consistent use of prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for personal safety.
