The Company

Role Description
Your role will involve contributing to multiple projects. duties will encompass carrying out laboratory work, documenting your activities meticulously, reporting findings, reviewing raw data, and operating analytical equipment in accordance with departmental protocols. You will be responsible for presenting your results and maintaining open communication with project requestors. You will also be involved in coordinating with external contract laboratories for any outsourced tasks or activities.
Responsibilities

  • Stay in touch with colleagues in other departments and external partners who help with our tasks.
  • Do many different tests on packaging, like stretching, checking for water and moisture, making sure containers are sealed, looking for leaks, rubbing things to see how they wear, and measuring the size of containers.
  • Keep track of samples, write down everything we find, make plans for our tests, and write reports about what we discover.
  • Keep the lab clean and safe, following safety rules to protect the environment and our health.

Requirements

  • An HBO-level education in a technical field or an MBO-level qualification with practical experience.
  • Ideally, some prior work experience in a multinational setting. Any experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scientific and technical writing, as well as familiarity with current computer tools like MS Office.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch.
