Role Description
As the Farmer Support Specialist you will be involved with the administration and stakeholder management of relations with dairy farmers.
 
Responsibilities
 Administration:
-Maintaining and verifying registration and payment data related to Guarantees of Origin (GVOs) from and to dairy farmer members.
-Managing payment instructions through milk money administration.
-Reporting quarterly results and conducting analyses.
-Reviewing and updating the entire administration annually.
Communication:
-Keeping information about GVOs and registration forms up to date on Melkweb.
-Managing GVO Q&A.
-Providing information and knowledge to dairy farmer members (verbally and in writing).
-Providing information and knowledge to the Front Office.
Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the company (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain, Energy Broker).
 
Requirements
-Minimum HBO-level education and thinking.
-Strong affinity with Excel.
-Experience with systems such as SAP, Melkweb/Sitecore, and/or CRM (Salesforce).
-Affinity with process improvement.
-Fluency in Dutch language.
-Knowledge of and affinity with dairy farming is preferred
