Role Description
We are looking for someone who is involved in maintaining accurate supplier-quality data in our systems and serving as the main point of contact for data retrieval and entry. This ensures we have reliable supplier information for quality control and reporting. You’ll also support regional teams with access to this data and handle inquiries related to reporting. Building strong relationships with regional teams and suppliers is crucial for success.

Responsibilities
As a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist, your responsibilities include the following.
 

• Verifying data, ensuring compliance, and escalating issues.
• Managing non-conformance documentation.
• Delivering NC process outcomes and reports on time.
• Handling supplier materials volume data.
• Maintaining the supplier’s certificate database.
• Verifying, tracking, and updating certificates.
• Communicating and following up with suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Strong technical background with knowledge of Data Management and Quality Management
• Helping the Regional SQA team with administrative tasks and sometimes taking charge of small projects.
• Review and align Magnetic resonance angiography and specifications.
• Review MRAs (Magnetic Resonance Angiography) on Food Fraud
• Good at analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with databases and systems.
• Master’s degree in food-related studies
