Clinical Transparency Specialist

The Company:
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company being one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, Specializing in the research, development, manufacture, and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Role Description:
Promote the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) disclosure reporting process in Northern Europe and spearhead essential initiatives aimed at fostering consistency and ensuring the quality control of reported data throughout the region.
Responsibilities:

• Gather and conduct quality assessments of Transparency data across North European regions.
• Populate any missing data into the transparency reporting database and make necessary corrections to existing data as required within North European countries.
• Oversee cross-border interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations in North European countries.
• Adhere to established timelines and furnish affiliates with updates, dashboards, and statistical insights.
• Deliver transparency reporting training to affiliates in North Europe.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Foster effective collaboration within diverse, global teams.
• Facilitate alignment and coordination among international affiliates.
• Strategically plan, prioritize, and execute projects.
• Drive process enhancements with a focus on efficiency.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, possessing strong IT skills.
