Role description
As a communication specialist, your primary role involves project management for hiring, ensuring both quality and quantity in recruitment. You’ll use effective methods to find the right candidates, build professional networks, maintain consistent messaging, and develop successful recruitment campaigns based on our hiring requirements.


  • Responsible for project-based communication, including media responses, and drafting materials like press releases, Q&As, and key messages, while also creating collateral materials and developing communication plans to optimize recruitment channels.
  • Building networks and using interactive media smartly to achieve the best results.


  • Possess an HBO/WO-level education or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding
  • Demonstrate expertise in labor market communication and recruitment, showcasing proficiency in sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale recruitment campaigns, particularly for hard-to-find candidate segments.
