Role Description
In charge of initiating, overseeing, and implementing project-specific communication initiatives. This role may involve addressing media inquiries, composing various materials such as press releases, Q&As, key messages, and other corporate documentation.
It also includes the responsibility of researching and creating essential promotional materials or managing media-related tasks. Additionally, the role encompasses the development of communication strategies and the creation of corresponding communication templates and drafts.
This position requires minimal supervision, as the individual possesses a high level of expertise and knowledge in their field.

Responsibilities
-Discover the best recruitment channels by staying in touch with the labor market and making smart use of interactive media.
-Keep communications appealing and consistent.
-Create and execute recruitment campaigns that fit our client’s needs, and get involved in the process.
-Gather valuable insights about our recruitment and selection through data analysis, and use that information to make improvements.

Requirements
-HBO/WO work and thinking level and minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
-Expertise in labor market communication and recruitment.
-Proven track record in planning and executing extensive recruitment campaigns, especially for hard-to-reach demographics.
-Strong focus on results, exceptional networking abilities, creative flair, and excellent communication skills.
-Thriving as a freelancer, taking on labor market communication projects and interim assignments.
– Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
