Position: Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently managing transportation and documentation for both road and sea transport operations. Your responsibilities will extend to container booking creation for various external loading points within Europe, ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team and build a rewarding career in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities:
-Develop delivery and shipment plans for finished goods from the Veghel site, coordinating with all relevant shipping and receiving parties.
-Manage product demand and stock levels in collaboration with affiliate markets, ensuring exceptional service levels and product freshness.
-Handle sea transport order bookings for multiple external loading points, while maintaining alignment with key stakeholders.
-Accurately prepare all documentation required for shipments, reflecting transactions correctly in the ERP system (preferably SAP).
-Ensure proper documentation preparation by shipments department associates, adhering to both internal and external procedures, and organizing document storage in compliance with local and corporate requirements.
-Proactively collaborate with other planners throughout the End2End supply chain, providing timely updates on in-transit situations.
-Identify opportunities to optimize logistical costs, including transport, handling, and capital/demurrage costs by organizing departures efficiently.
-Assure that all procedures and documentation necessary for seamless and legally compliant import and export processes are accessible to all involved parties.
-Promptly escalate and participate in problem-solving alongside the entire Veghel logistics team.

Requirements:
-Higher education or university degree, preferably in logistics.
-Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly, with the potential to excel.
-Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
-Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
-Action-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for achieving results and the ability to prioritize effectively.
