Integral Workforce Planning Program Manager
The Company

Role Description
Your role as a Program Manager is to manage workforce planning. It is your responsibility to plan the workforce of operators and technicians, including the packaging lines within the factories of FrieslandCampina. Since most plants run 24/7, it is your possibility to make an integral planning of both direct staff and temporary staff.
 
Responsibilities
-Be the front line to the implementation of Ortec system which will soon be rolled out throughout the sites.
– Responsible for the management of stakeholders, both internal and external.
– Ability to align processes and ideas with the local level target groups such as HR, CI, Plant and Team Managers towards change management.
– Foster relationship and smoothen exchange of processes between vendors and service departments.
Requirements
-Has experience in Supply Chain and Production or Manufacturing.
– Has 5 to 10 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
-Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
-Has knowledge of working hours act, shift working hours, and scheduling.
