Role Description
As a Safety and Security Engineer you will be tasked with the vital role of supervising our fire safety, safety control, and security systems. Your main objective will be to enhance the efficiency and dependability of these crucial systems by collaborating closely with the maintenance team and taking the lead in enhancing and renewing initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Expertise in the operation, maintenance, and design of electrical, safety control, and security systems, with a strong focus on automation and control systems, especially in the realms of fire safety, safety control, and security systems.
  • Consistent dedication to enhancing system performance and reliability, collaborating closely with the maintenance team to ensure optimal operation.
  • Proactively initiating and overseeing improvement and replacement projects to further enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in a worldwide Community of Practice, where the exchange of knowledge, encompassing best practices and on-site experiences, among fellow members, nurtures a culture of ongoing enhancement, benefiting both the network and individual sites.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Expertise in Electrical, Safety Control, and Security System Operation, Maintenance, and Design.
  • Proficiency in Automation and Control Systems.
  • Proven Track Record of Managing Complex Projects Successfully.
  • Effective Communication and Influencing Skills, spanning all levels of the organization, from technicians on the shop floor to senior management.
  • Fluency in Both Dutch and English, Both Oral and Written.
  • A Minimum 2+ Years of experience in a Comparable Position.
