Role Description
As a Supply Chain Project Manager Implementing a workforce planning tool for standardized automation, achieving time and insight gains through data-driven practices. Responsible for vendor collaboration and strategic stakeholder management with senior management and the steering group.
Responsibilities

  • The rollout process primarily relies on local project teams. However, effective program management is essential to ensure the overall rollout stays on track in terms of timelines, risk mitigation, and budget control.
  • Ensuring strong collaboration with vendors and various service departments is a key responsibility.
  • Overseeing strategic stakeholder management, engaging both senior management and the steering group in the project’s progress and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with multiple local target groups such as HR, Plant and Team managers.
  • The Ortec system is prepared for deployment, with all necessary integrations seamlessly integrated into our HR systems. This involves incorporating new sites and departments into the system.
  • Proficiency in working with systems and a solid understanding of HR data are crucial for this endeavor.

Requirements

  • Expertise in deploying intricate systems within a multifaceted industrial setting.
  • Significant background in project management, coupled with relevant expertise.
  • Extensive familiarity with change management across diverse contexts.
  • Proven abilities in effectively managing stakeholders.
  • Proficient in both Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency in HR topics such as the Working Hours Act and shift scheduling is a huge plus.
