Role Description
Your role involves overseeing fire safety, safety control, and security systems. You will consistently focus on enhancing the efficiency and dependability of these systems, working closely with the maintenance team, and initiating enhancement and renewal projects. Additionally, you will assist the investment projects team in creating sustainable solutions for new installations.

Responsibilities
-Assess the performance and state of the facilities in collaboration with the maintenance team and formulate a maintenance strategy and replacement programs.
-Formulate comprehensive strategies covering the entire lifespan of systems and develop plans for the integration of new technologies.
-Conduct in-depth root cause analyses and reliability studies to enhance facility performance.
-Create business cases and user requirement specifications for utility projects and provide expertise to multidisciplinary project teams in fire safety, safety control, and security systems.
-Ensure compliance with global and local standards and adhere to local regulations.
-Engage in a Global Community of Practice, where knowledge sharing (including best practices and site experiences) with fellow members fosters continuous improvement both within the network and at the site.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an HBO level or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position.
-Display expertise in the operation, maintenance, and design of electrical, safety control, and security systems.
-Demonstrate hands-on experience with automation and control systems.
-Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
