Job Description
As a B2B Key Account Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the team by:
-Providing Sales Managers with accurate quotations and contract management information.
-Proactively managing sales forecasts to ensure reliable demand planning.
-Ensuring first-time-right deliveries and providing after-sales support.
-Offering commercial and administrative support to enhance customer relationships.
-Collaborating with internal departments to translate sales deals effectively.
-Focusing on continuous improvement in sales support processes.
-Utilizing Microsoft Office, SAP, SAP APO, and Salesforce systems.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in a commercial field.
–Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer services or sales within an international B2B setting (English proficiency is a must).
–Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of 2 or more foreign languages as a plus.
–IT skills: SAP, SalesForce, MS Office
Other Information
This position has a temporary duration of 6 months and doesn't plan to get extended. Additionally, requires to be already in the Netherlands and doesn't provide sponsorship/VISA.
