Role Description
Your role will involve crafting and executing strategies aimed at elevating our employer brand and drawing in top-tier talent. For this job, you’ll need to be creative, know a lot about employer branding, be good at managing projects, and really love making strong employer brands.
Responsibilities

• Lead projects like improving our career website, creating employee stories, and using social media for hiring.
• Working with our team and outside partners like marketing and HR to make these projects successful.
• Create videos, pictures, blogs, and other stuff that shows how great our company is to work for.
• Plans to tell employees about our company as a great place to work and help them become brand ambassadors who can share their positive experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Employer Brand Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Good at managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for creating engaging content.
• Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition.
• Experience using employer brand tools, analytics, and social media.
• Works well in a team, builds relationships easily, and is motivated.
