Project Manager (EH&S)

Their areas of expertise encompass mental health, neurological disorders, anesthesia and pain management, gastrointestinal disorders, fungal infections, HIV/AIDS, allergies, and cancer.
Role Description:
As the EH&S Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing, controlling, developing, and improving EH&S systems, processes, and practices, as well as leading the implementation of EH&S Standards/systems within your field of expertise. Additionally, you will coach and develop teams of Standards Owners/SMEs and EH&S representatives, conduct risk assessments, support EH&S assessments for projects, and participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise, manage, enhance, and optimize EH&S systems, procedures, and methodologies.
• Lead and/or assist in the integration of EH&S Standards and systems pertinent to your specialized domain.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to teams of Standards Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and EH&S representatives.
• Perform risk assessments related to EH&S matters.
• Offer EH&S support for assessments concerning projects within your area of expertise.
• Engage in both internal and external audits and inspections, such as ISO 14001:2015, J&J EH&S Audits, and governmental agency evaluations.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training sessions on topics related to environmental health and safety.

• Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S)
• Proficiency in international Management System Standards such as ISO 14001.
