Our client is the largest fast-moving consumer goods company in the Benelux with multiple product branches. In the Netherlands they market about 40 well-known brands within diverse range of products and employs more than 2,500 people.
Role Description
In this role you will provide assistance at a high-level, and will be responsible for managing the agenda and inbox, arranging meetings with the scope of time optimization. Besides that, you will work closely to implement different procedures and standards to ensure that the business aligns with the best time and people management practices.
Responsibilities
– Scrupulously take care of the agenda: arrange stakeholder meetings, book flights and make sure all activities are well planned
– Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when necessary and in professional manner
– Prepare presentations and be the point of contact for the management for communication
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in a similar role
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Professional with an eye for details and good time management skills
– Available to travel to important meetings when needed
