Maintenance Worker

Role Description:
You’ll perform maintenance tasks, conduct inspections and repairs on machinery, diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues, implement preventive maintenance, maintain meticulous maintenance records, and collaborate with colleagues to establish and execute maintenance schedules.
Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in conducting root cause analyses, emphasizing a thoughtful approach and a methodical work process.
• Engage in preventative maintenance tasks on Saturdays, with a minimum commitment of once per month.
• Competency in adjusting, fine-tuning production lines, and managing changeovers effectively.
• Prioritizing maintenance activities during scheduled downtime.
• Familiarity with automation and robotics systems.
• Hands-on experience with lean maintenance principles and a track record of implementing continuous improvement solutions.

Requirement:

• Extensive expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting
• (MBO) in a technical field, preferably in mechatronics.
• Proven experience within a maintenance setting.
• Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or experience working in another regulated industry.
