Maintenance Technician

Role Description
This role offers technical proficiency in utility systems and small equipment. It conducts basic assessment studies on manufacturing equipment with some guidance, addressing problems with straightforward solutions or involving engineers when needed. Effective communication across various organizational levels is a skill, as is the ability to perform simple problem-solving and root cause analysis. This role also includes experience in executing and initiating improvement projects and participation as a project team member.
Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the upkeep and servicing of pharmaceutical site installations and equipment.
• Manages and supervises the tasks carried out by external contractors.
• Diligently addresses and resolves equipment breakdowns, ensuring their long-term stability.
• Maintains thorough records of completed tasks in compliance with cGMP regulations.
• Contributes to the establishment of engineering protocols and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
• Direct exposure to cGMP or similarly highly regulated work settings.
• A VCA-VOL certificate is mandatory (or the candidate should be willing to obtain one in the near future).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English language.
• Able to work in Shifts.
