Farmer Support Specialist

Company 
Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter etc.

Role Description
As a Farmer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for updating and checking registration and payment details, managing payment orders, checking and updating the entire administration files.

Responsibilities
– Updating and checking registration and payment details about GVOs (guarantee of origin) from and to member dairy farmers.
– Managing payment orders via milk money administration.
– Report quarterly results & perform analyses
– Keeping up-to-date information about GOs and registration form on Melk web.
– Manage GVO Q&A, providing information and knowledge to Front Office
– Relationship management, Build and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders within and outside the company.

Requirements
– HBO work and thinking level
– Strong affinity with Excel
– Experience with systems such as SAP, Melk web/Sitecore and CRM (Salesforce)
– Accurate
– Communicative
– Affinity with process improvement
– Excellent command of the Dutch language.
– Knowledge of and affinity with dairy farming
