Are you ready to take charge of a critical project in a dynamic and motivated team? We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage the preventive maintenance and project execution in our clients’ GMP facility.

Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution, bridging the gap between diverse teams and stakeholders. You will oversee both traditional and agile project management methodologies, ensuring seamless integration for optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage projects using a combination of traditional and agile project management approaches.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
-Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
-Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders.
-Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
-Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment to achieve project objectives.
-Ensure project documentation and reporting meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience
-Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful project deliveries.
-Strong understanding and application of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
-Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
-A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
-Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) will be advantageous.
